ORDER AND RETURN POLICY

1.Initiating a Return:
You may initiate a return within 7-15 days for eligible items if you receive an incorrect size or a faulty outfit within Nigeria. For customers outside the country, the return window is extended to 14-20 working days.

2. Condition of Returns:
When returning an item, ensure the label, tags, and the outfit are in good condition. Please notify us immediately upon receiving the outfit if you require a return or exchange. Ensure the item is sent to our showroom; otherwise, your return will not be valid.

3. Exchange for Size Change:
If a customer initially selects a size according to our size chart and later decides to exchange it for a different size, the delivery fee for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

4. Fault on Our Part:
If the fault is on our end, we will cover the cost of exchanging the item to the location it was initially delivered to.

5. Alterations and Additional Charges:
You may request a return for an exchange or alterations depending on your preference. Please note that extensive alterations may incur extra fees.

6. Refund Timelines:
If your refund request is validated, the refund will be issued to the bank account details provided, typically processed within 2 to 3 working days.

7. Excess Payment and Refund Processing:
In case of excess payment made mistakenly after confirmation, the refund process may take 2-3 working days.

8. Unsuccessful POS Payment Reversal:
If you encounter an unsuccessful POS payment, please visit your bank for the necessary reversal.

Items Eligible for Exchange:
– Outfit on Promo Sales: Not eligible for exchange.
– Changed Mind After Receiving: Not eligible for exchange.
– Correct Size but Doesn’t Fit: Eligible for exchange.
– Received the Wrong Size: Eligible for exchange.
– Defective/Damaged/Faulty: Eligible for exchange or refund.
