The Challenge Fund for Youth Employment is committed to supporting innovative initiatives that enhance decent work prospects for youths aged 18 to 35.
Particularly, it focuses on addressing unique obstacles faced by young women in accessing higher-paid work opportunities, which often results in limited future prospects.Our collective vision inspired the inception of the WEFash Impact Project, an endeavour with the potential to significantly influence the lives of women and youths.

Fashion Entrepreneurship Program assists young fashion business owners by impacting vital management and leadership skills customized for the industry. Through expert insights and hands-on experience, it enhances business development, marketing, finance, and strategic planning, fueling success in this competitive sector.
Fashion and Design training offers meticulously crafted, comprehensive training in pattern drafting and garment construction. Through hands-on experiences, participants gain the skills for successful careers in fashion industry.
In this course, you’ll learn the key terms and techniques used in corset making and training. You’ll start by understanding the structure of a corset, including important components like boning, which provides support, and busks, the front closure that allows for easy wearing.

The program spans six months, with classes held three times a week online, making it flexible and convenient for participants. It is divided into two key phases: 1 Month Virtual Training, during the first month, you’ll undergo intensive online training to learn the fundamentals of running a successful fashion business.
Monitoring and Evaluation (5 Months):
After the training, the program provides five months of continuous support to help you implement what you’ve learned. This phase ensures you have the guidance needed to develop and grow your business sustainably.
Commitment Fee: ₦25,000 only (an incredible value compared to the actual course worth of ₦500,000).
