Introducing the WEFash Impact Project by Yetroselane Fashion Hub, a collaborative effort with the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE) in partnership with the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Challenge Fund for Youth Employment is committed to supporting innovative initiatives that enhance decent work prospects for youths aged 18 to 35.
Particularly, it focuses on addressing unique obstacles faced by young women in accessing higher-paid work opportunities, which often results in limited future prospects.Our collective vision inspired the inception of the WEFash Impact Project, an endeavour with the potential to significantly influence the lives of women and youths.
The WEFash Impact Program encompasses a range of training programs, including but not limited to:
Fashion Entrepreneurship Program assists young fashion business owners by impacting vital management and leadership skills customized for the industry. Through expert insights and hands-on experience, it enhances business development, marketing, finance, and strategic planning, fueling success in this competitive sector.
Fashion and Design training offers meticulously crafted, comprehensive training in pattern drafting and garment construction. Through hands-on experiences, participants gain the skills for successful careers in fashion industry.
In this course, you’ll learn the key terms and techniques used in corset making and training. You’ll start by understanding the structure of a corset, including important components like boning, which provides support, and busks, the front closure that allows for easy wearing.

Program Structure and Details
The program spans six months, with classes held three times a week online, making it flexible and convenient for participants. It is divided into two key phases: 1 Month Virtual Training, during the first month, you’ll undergo intensive online training to learn the fundamentals of running a successful fashion business.
Monitoring and Evaluation (5 Months):
After the training, the program provides five months of continuous support to help you implement what you’ve learned. This phase ensures you have the guidance needed to develop and grow your business sustainably.
Commitment Fee: ₦25,000 only (an incredible value compared to the actual course worth of ₦500,000).

Gain access to budgeting templates for tracking expenses, revenue, and profitability.
Learn how to accurately price your products using a pricing calculator that factors in costs, labor, and market trends.
Discover funding strategies tailored to your business, including grants, loans, and investors.
Implement profit maximization tips to increase revenue while maintaining product quality.

– Certificate from the Enterprise Development Centre.
– Certificate from the CFYE – Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs in partnership with Yetroselane.
2. Mentorship – Participants who excel in the program will qualify for the WEFash Mentorship Program, which offers personalized guidance to further develop their business.
3. Startup Tools – Top-performing individuals will receive startup tools to help them implement their business plans effectively.
4. Graduation Ceremony – Celebrate your success at a formal graduation event upon completing the program.
Eligibility & Document Requirements:
To join the program, you must:
– Be aged between 18 and 35 years.
Provide the following documentation:
– Birth certificate or any document verifying your age.
– School certificate (minimum qualification: SSCE).
– A passport photograph.
– NIN slip or any valid means of identification.
Evaluation and Monitoring:
To ensure your progress is tracked effectively, participants are required to:
– Complete a Baseline Survey before and after the training.
– Fill and submit a Growth Plan Template.
– Provide link to a registered business page on social media (Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn).

You’ll learn how to draft accurate patterns and construct garments from start to finish, step by step even if you do not have any experience in fashion & design, With hands-on guidance, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to create professional-quality fashion designs from the scratch.

Paid Internship & Monitoring (6 Months):
After the training, beneficiaries are mandated to go for a compulsory 6 months paid internship at any fashion house of their choice to better implement skills acquired during the training and further monitoring for support
